The assignment of which this treats is positioned within a PUE area,
designated “La Castalderia”, which makes of Villa Roncuzzi
the heart of the building urbanisation project. The building and
its green interior is a particularity of both the Romangna and the noble
style (in terms of fashion, not census).
The agglomerated
building boasts three distinctive Bodies as well as related sub aggregations. Solution
to the project is articulated in :
- the elimination of the incongruous parts to the complex;
- development of the Courtyard with particular attention to the natural area;
- consensual spatial reworking with a view to accommodating intended purposes;
- the hierarchy of existing historical buildings.
